I just recently started my first job (I'm 16) and I've realised I'm getting taxed too much! How do i change my tax code? I recently got mine and now I've realised I need to change it. But how?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You need to contact HMRC. They are the ones who assign the taxt code.

When you first start work, you get an emergency code which means that your employer deducts basic rate tax from the whole of your pay. Once the tax office have checked that no-one with your NI number is working somewhere else, they will give you a code that takes your personal allowance into account. This year, the personal allowance is £8,105 which means you don't pay any tax on the first £675 a month you are paid. The tax office will send one copy of your new tax code to you (it should be 810L) and one to your employer. As soon as your employer gets his copy, you will get an automatic refund of the overpaid tax with your next pay.
There's nothing for you to do immediately. If you haven't received a new tax code by the middle of February, ask your employer for the phone number of your tax office and ask them what the problem is. They will need to know your NI number, your employer's tax reference and your name.

You cannot change your tax code as it is calculated by HMRC. When you first start work you are taxed at a temporary rate which is higher than the normal rate to avoid underpayments. If your circumstances have changed and you think you are paying too much for too long then contact HMRC - details below.

Well you should have completed and returned a P46 - but you didn;t (life lesson there).
Get the HMRC contact phone number from gov.uk. Call them and say you are on the wrong tax code. They will issue a code overnight and overdeducted tax is returned in your wages.

No HMRC at the instant are not likely to deliver you a P60 - this is given to you via your enterprise. What you're being sent is a letter telling you the thank you to get a JSA assertion of income. final year would be resolved once you deliver interior the JSA assertion. telephone HMRC returned and say you choose this years code re-issuing.
